The approach to Nutritional Therapy with children is similar to that outlined under the ‘Adults’ section with additional information required around the pregnancy, maternal wellbeing and birth. I also advise that where the child lives across two homes, wherever possible, for both parents attend in order for the nutritional plan to be implemented effectively.

I offer a free 20 minute consultation to discuss whether nutritional therapy would be appropriate for your child, either in person or by phone.

“I went to see Louise as I was having trouble with bloating and feeling uncomfortable after I had eaten. I was asked a series of questions about my diet and I was then given some really good information about what to cut out of my diet for a trial period; including print outs of good foods to introduce into my diet and ones to avoid. We started on just avoiding wheat to see if there was any change. After a few weeks of cutting wheat out from my diet I noticed a huge difference; I was no longer bloated and uncomfortable. I found the whole experience very positive and Louise to be extremely helpful; I felt very comfortable talking about my issues with her. I would recommend Louise to anyone.”
